Weirdly he did nothing. That's the problem.
He's not a relegation battle manager. That's a fact IMO.

Yes which has surprised me. He's proved me wrong which gives me more confidence for next season.
Oh, yeah we didn't create anything at the RS or score against Leicester, or beat Utd
Almost certain we beat the European Champions at the weekend.
England's number 1 Jordan Pickford made some great saves and Brazils number 9 scored the winner.
No doubt you will say "We need to win matches without our keeper making saves" and that will just highlight your trolling.
Anyway, im off to take my Grandson to some woods for hide and seek, please attempt to stop trolling when I return.

Every Everton manager gets my tacit support when they arrive (I even held back criticism of Benitez although I thought it a terrible appointment) and Lampard is no different. I wasn't impressed with the early results and approach but over the last half dozen games there have been signs of genuine improvement and teh points have slowly started to follow - clearly we're still in significant danger but we may yet survive.
On to next season; unless their is an implosion in the next five games then either way I would stick with Lampard. I think with a pre-season and some in/outs to the squad that he'll do a lot better. I like the way that he gets the crowd and club - it's been a while since that has been the case. There's no reason why he can't be a success and to be fair he's starting from a low expectation following on from the disaster of the last manager.
