A positive of him is He's very likable in how connected he is with the supporters but I think that's a negative at times as I think he thinks like the average fan does.

Not rotating personnel or changing system because you "cant change a winning side".

I remember when King Carlo Italiano Snake would tinker or put someone in an odd position that would have us all baffled or fuming pre match but come 90 minutes it was clear why he did it.

Feels like that's consistently missing from Frankels management since he's been here.

Oh well onto the next game.
i can understand sticking with it but yes that lack of experience does show - and he needs help from his coaching team there.

However, it's his in-game management that is poor for me. In recent week's it's been good but today it was poor. I think that's more down to him being a bit nervy to twist, and a lack of trust in his squad.

But he trusted Gray and Gordon for far too long.

There were no attackers to expose Tim ffs

The only time they had a chance was when it got punted long once in a blue moon and we gave a foul away. About 4 free kicks that was the sum of Watford.

Hodgson brought on a CB ffs to hold on for a draw lol lol lol
I've seen us give away some terrible goals. Nothing surprises me with this team.

I'm not happy but clean sheets will get us safe.

If we get 1 win (or 3 points) then Burnley and Leeds both need 2 wins. That means they win 4/5 games. Its possible but I dont see it.

Just win Sunday.

Of course Tim, but Leeds and Burnley COULD also win and they play before us and we COULD be back in the bottom.3 because these shower of knobheads couldn't find it within them to be able to put in the effort and desire required to grab a very easy 3 points

Lots could still happen. Thats why the only thing that should be in our heads right now is getting 3 points ourselves.

My worry with Lampard was he pretty much had Chelsea set up to outplay teams and if Plan A didnt work he wouldn't have a plan B (see the Big Dunc game at GP).

You look at the ages of some of the good young managers out on the continent and I still think the UK lacks top level managers from a tactical perspective compared to our foreign counterparts.

SAF was the last truly great British manager.

Frank has really improved us defensively.

To keep a clean sheet at Watford is a reasonably good result given that we conceded FIVES goals against them at Goodison. But we don’t need reasonably good results right now; we need brilliant results.

If Leeds win just one of their remaining matches and we go on a bit of a losing streak then we’re down.

Frankly I can’t see us beating Palace. They beat us 4-0 recently. I can’t see us beating Arsenal away either. Brentford is a possibility but they’ve already beaten us once this season also.

We are in big trouble. 2 points sounds like a big gap but it’s not.

These next two home games are the two biggest matches in our entire history, as a Big Neville Southall said earlier.

We as fans must be even louder and even more supportive as we were against Chesea.

I’m right behind Frank, but needed to make subs earlier, get some creativity into the midfield. Game was crying out for Dele in my eyes.

Thought he was too concerned with not losing, at the expense of winning (which is understandable, even if I think it was the wrong call).
