No. They cant score. The chances were created and they couldn;t score more than one.

If we dont get a striker in then we go down. If we do, then we may as well stick with Lampard because the disruption will be immense.
Not just a striker. 2 wingers who can score and assist. A lb who can help out attack and cross.

Best case scenario we end up with Dyche and become hard to beat. The absolute last thing we need is Martinez coming in and trying to make us play football.

Hard to beat? Got relegated twice with a team he'd managed for almost 10 years.

Problem with Dyche is that he's been time rich with a team he built. Expecting him to come in and "save" a club...then carry it on would be questionable.

You can't look at it short term. If not you may as well get Big Sam back

It looks like it's an old mates club there now, you always need to respect your boss but you've no need to like him.

Lampard should have been tearing a large strip off Tarkowski behind closed doors for saying we were the best team.

However, wtf, he comes out and says the same. Very unhealthy.

Wolves were better than us, saying anything other is delusional.

Lampard had so much integrity and spoke real sense it seemed when he first came here, that's gone for me now.

I feel sorry for him tbh.

He's not good/experienced enough to manage this disaster of a football club - one of the games finest ever coaches got us to 10th.

Selling Richarlison, relying on DCL + not signing striker till 5 games in has turned out to be as catastrophic as we all expected.

And the board did nothing while clubs around us brought in experienced managers before WC.

They'll do exactly what they did last year - waste next few home games + sack him when it's obvious were going down.

We've had good times ?

It's crazy. We've got to a point where we basically have to get a miracle result at the Etihad or Brighton becomes a cup final for Frank. And even if that goes well it probably ends up in him sacked down the line anyway.
This is the thing, the further down the line we get the messier it gets. Each win he gets weeks apart will give us less time to improve things, if that's even possible. Plus allowing him his signings makes it harder for the next manager. A complete mess

What are they waiting for? Sure the board has no option but to sack him now, and the sooner the better. If he stays beyond another week there will be widespread revolt. Best cut ties tonight imo.

Damning picture.

Jesus christ, people who still saying we need wingers and strikers JUST DON'T GET IT.
Did anyone watch that last goal? Our center halves had no clue at all what to do, and just passed it between themselves for 20 passes. That's got absolutely nothing to do with the attacking options - that's just down to the manager having a gameplan. You could put out a well managed pub team and they would at least know what to do to build an attack. Lampard has no clue how to set up a team.
