Still under pressure despite a good point. this happened last season where we got ourselves fired up for the big games but failed against teams around us. Lose against Brighton and he has to go tbh.

Let’s not wet our pants if we lose to Brighton. They’re a very good team and the 2 games after that are much more winnable
I agree. Wetting the pants isn't necessary.

Absolutely chiting them would be more apt as it will once again show we have a complete inability to maintain any kind of momentum, or pick up where we left off.

You can't take a good point away then lose all 3 at home against a mid-table side, after the previous home game was meekly lost versus the bottom side.

If Frank can't motivate the players to beat Brighton at home, or can't or the fear to them to, by hook or crook, get the points, then he is off l no further use here and must go immediately.

They’re a good team yes, they are beatable though as Arsenal showed last night

Possibly a tougher game than city. Seen as getting battered at city. Sat deep. 5 at back.
Brighton there will be more expectation to carry the game to them.
What always worries me about the mentality at Everton is theres a few in this squad who think they can dine out now for a few weeks from picking up a point at city.
No names but ive already seen a few who were on their social media last night. And i dont even follow them on it.

To be honest, people are creaming their pants over a point at City, if anything.

By now, people have had enough matches by which to judge Lampard. My view - and yesterday does not change this - is he is not up to it, but we should not replace him with a relic from our past.

He’s clinging on to the job by his fingertips. 3 wins from 17. Relegation form. 35 points from 36 games. Relegation form. A freak point at City is very welcome, but lose to Brighton and we are fast running out of winnable home games and time to make a real change that benefits from the window.

I think we have to beat Brighton. They are good but aren’t amazing going forward. Arsenal showed last night that if you get straight into them they didn’t really stand a chance. Goodison needs to bounce!
