A new manager doesn’t even begin to scratch the surface of the problems at this club.
He deserves to go tonight, and probably hasn’t done enough to warrant keeping him on this long tbh.

But I honestly reckon whoever we bring in next is going to have the same problems, we’ll go through this cycle of sacking managers every 6-12 months while continuing to make the same mistakes in the boardroom and recruitment departments.
Agreed mate. The only way forward is to get rid tonight, get someone in temp just to try and keep us up and then bring outsiders in to fix the club even if it means a massive clear out including and especially the board. Cannot see that happening though so like you say, the cycle will continue.

He won't survive this, but it's not really his fault.

Yes, what he can control, he's failed to - that is on him. His system hasn't worked and he's failed to address it.

But you've got a useless DoF, a useless board and a useless owner. They'll take this club down.

We go this season, whether that's with Lampard or Dyche or some other crap manager, we go down, because there's nothing at the club or in the squad to stop us. This squad doesn't stay in the league.

Not his fault?

Ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

He's not good enough. Seriously what were the tactics today? Run around for 5 minutes then let them boss us because that's what has happened. Subs should have happened at half time.

We can't be letting him spend any money only to be sacked later. Needs to go now.
And we spend all January searching for a new manager, rather than bringing in replacements and we've wasted another window.

We should've sacked him before the WC if we were serious about it, but we've waited until January (I guarantee without a moments thought about who we can replace him with) so he should be given the window to influence it.
