There are managers out there who adapt to the players at their disposal and set up accordingly.

Unfortunately Lampard has failed to do that so far.

Yep but the latter doesn't mean we shouldn't do the former. It would be difficult for literally any other manager to do as bad or worse than Lampard. So change is needed once again.
