It comes down to ambitiion. Potter is no dummy - he knew Brighton was the perfic fit for him, especially with the DOF there (Dan Asworth, was it?); but by the same token no one dedicates their life to football management, moves to the arse end of Sweden, learns Svenska, with the ultimate goal of being Brighton manager (pity, it's been a lonnnngggg time since I had anyone to talk in Svenska with).Yeah fully agree. I've never heard anyone with a bad word to say about him. That might change this season, like. It was a bit jarring, that, but he was spot on. Why would he leave a club where things were going well and he had a good relationship with the owners to come here?
Get used to it .Bottom 3 as it stands.
Thats what my third wife said ? and fourth wife ?By god your good
I'd rather just get rid now, why wait to loose another gameI think he will be gone after the Manure game. We haven't got a hope in hell of getting anything out of that and so why let a caretaker lose their first game as well as end any cup run chances. Our board is terrible and needs to be cleared out urgently but it is the right decision to leave it till after the FA cup exit. We will then have 8 days to prepare for a far more important game so that would be the time to do it if they are going to do it.
He should have gone after the Bournemouth double when we had 6 weeks to get sorted but that is the Everton board for you. We aint beating Manure away no matter who is in charge, not with only 1 day left to prepare for it.I'd rather just get rid now, why wait to loose another game
