Agree 100%...he has done it last season a few times until he decided to stick to one formation until the end of the season...this season he has done it less at the start but recently a lot more.
And that's why he's under pressure and likely to be sacked. A more experienced manager would stick with what works best
 


He does genuinely need to go because whilst he has a terrible squad and it probably is a bottom 5 squad, 3 wins is just not acceptable but even if we could see him learning and being pragmatic there would be a glimmer of hope but there is none. The players’ confidence is rock bottom with each other and their lack of confidence will extend to him. They’re not playing for him, their playing to protect themselves. The interesting thing about the media coverage since Tuesday is there has probably been more focus on the board, then the players, then Frank in that order and the players are aware they are in the firing line
 

Mate, Villa got rid of a crap manager way before this, look at them now.

I know its just crazy the way we mess about all the time, I wish Moshiri would just sell and we could have a clean sweep through the club from top to bottom with new people who actually know about football and running a sports based business.
