I know we've been poor for a long time and a lot of that is on the manager, but I don't see why everyone is so keen to be rid of him. And yes, I know the numbers are terrible, but so is the team.
Due to the despicable mismanagement of the club, we have no money. No one, and I mean no one could keep this team in the league without additions- it's far too poor. So, thanks to the board, if we sack Lampard and his staff, it's safe to assume that we would have no money for incoming players.
So of the two options, surely it would be better to keep Lampard and try and get him some players this January, rather than sack him and bring someone in to work a miracle that no one could?
They shouldn't be the choices of course, but such is the state of the club.
