Stop dithering about Everton and get rid of him. The risk of letting him take Southampton and/or West Ham is too great. These are are both absolutely massive games now and we simply have to get points which we more than likely wont when you consider 3 wins out of 18 games. It has to be done.
And who are you going to bring in within the week?
How much will it cost you buy Frank and his coaching staff out? Is that money not better spent on a new striker and attacking midfielder?

How does one look at this and not think maybe the manager is the problem? You have to be pretty bad to be doing worse than Rafael

Hopefully
Funnily enough, If we beat S'ton and took a point off WHU then I wouldn't be too fearful of facing Arsenal and Liverpool with Lampard as manager. He's proven he can set up a team that top teams find difficult to break down:

City
United
Arsenal
Liverpool
Chelsea

...all lost points to Lampard in his brief time here.

I dont think any incoming manager could do better against that lot than Lampard has or will (if he keeps his job).

...it's just the other 15 clubs he thinks we're better than that we'll struggle against...
We won’t be struggling against them with a decent striker and attacking midfielder

Saints fans are angry, they haven’t had that new manager bounce and the Forest result was bad for them but Nathan Jones at least has them still in both cups. Palace away is a tough game for any side, that was a very good result for them today.

I think Lampard will abandon the 5 at the back and that will cost him. Even if he does go for it, I can’t see us scoring more than 1 and I don’t think a draw is enough.
We'll see. I dont think Frank will be in the dugout tbh.

The next day or so is a long time for a manager with the axe hanging over him.
