With Lamps setting us up so open it isSounds so simple doesn't it. I think we're all getting carried away believing Saturday is a likely win for us. Probably a 50/50 game that could go either way.
The best way we deal this is simplify itSounds so simple doesn't it. I think we're all getting carried away believing Saturday is a likely win for us. Probably a 50/50 game that could go either way.
That's my fear one thing setting up away to City or United another when we have to break teams down at home and now no IwobiI will be surprised if we beat Southampton. We have only won twice at home this season and the last time was the 22nd October. They will see it as a good chance to go level on points with us and will be really up for it. The game will be tougher than people realise, including the inexperienced Lampard.
So giving him a MUST win game to save his job, madness£5m a season for Frank who has a year and half deal left.
I think the board want to give him Southampton then take it from there.
This man is sick in the head.He doesn`t know that, as he supports another team.
You’re right I’m American. Am I not allowed to watch or support the club?? Do you make up the rules. Go kiss your lampard posters the man can’t coach you roachLike he knows where the ground is, much less the city
ok he's not doing well, we can see that, and maybe we aren't stable enough for him to learn on the job, especially without good backing financially from the club to improve our attacking options but...The club needs change from top to bottom - new owner, new board, new management, new players. They have all failed in their roles.
We need a point per game to have a fighting chance of staying in the Premier League.
Staying in the Premier League is needed to have a fighting chance of Moshiri selling to someone with the resources to keep Everton in the league, overhaul the playing squad and to be genuinely competitive - something Moshiri has spectacularly failed to do.
Frank Lampard seems like a nice guy. He was a great player. He is trying his best to be a decent manager but it just isn't working at Everton. I want him to succeed but we are in serious danger of being relegated. If he is sacked, he will get a multi-million pound payout to add to the fortune he already has and to compensate for his disappointment.
Changing manager will not be enough to solve all of Everton’s problems, which run deep, but it may be enough to keep us in the Premier League.
To those who keep saying that Frank should be ‘given more time’, I ask for how long? Until there isn't enough time for a new manager to make any difference?
Our next game is at Goodison against Southampton, the club rooted to the bottom of the table. If there is ever a game that you should be able to comfortably predict 3 points from, it is this one. We drew AWAY at City. We should be able to beat the bottom team at home. If we don’t, then it’s definitely the end of the road for me with Frank as manager.
We spent 30 million on maupay and McNeil and lampard signed off on it. We could of signed brightons attacking front line for 5 million. We have bigger issues then just the moneyok he's not doing well, we can see that, and maybe we aren't stable enough for him to learn on the job, especially without good backing financially from the club to improve our attacking options but...
Who would you get in that would definitely save us? starting from scratch, in the same finacial mire as we are in
I think it's more likely that we play poorly but the result isn't catastrophic so half the forum says he needs more time. The catastrophic levels of fume when that Croat lad bends one into the top corner to make it 1-3 on Saturday...
