Ah, that ol' ExPeRiEnCe chestnut.

Like Moyes and his 25 years of managing experience when he came in from a fellow Premiership team, right?

Or are the goalposts gonna move and it's "a different time"?

Think about it, spend upwards of £15m on sacking him and his staff and appointing new manager (who will want cash for new players) and staff. Or wait for the next two games, with the chance of at least 3 points (we should beat Southampton) and he stays, for the time being. We would be in a better league position for a while at least. If we lose the next two games and he’s sacked, any new manager wont need to be given money to buy players as the window will be closed.

It’s terrifying. Why do people think there are only about 3 managers in the world?
I couldn’t blame fans for being conditioned by the lack imagination the decision makers at Everton seem to have.

Why think more creatively than the club are likely to?

But Dyche… Dyche! it was his Burnley side through and through, yet it got a lot better when he left and they still went down.

It’s just too depressing to countenance.

As someone said on here earlier, Dyche won 4 in 30 league games last season. Caretaker came in and won 3 in 8.

Lampard is trying to match Dyche’s Fantastic Four wins in 30 by the looks of it.
