Yup, the dreaded vote of confidence.

I mean, at best, Farhad will need a scapegoat. Let's face it: it won't be the Chairman For Life. Or the Charity Exec.

Lampard needs to show he has learnt his lesson from chelsea and derby. He played that system when he came in. It didnt work then. He had to change and he did. I thought he had learnt coz we didnt start with this system. We had high tempo high press and workrate from wide men. Then he changed back and results and performances speak for themselves. Lampard is a major part of the problem.

I really want it to work out with Frank, hate all the chopping and changing etc but if he starts with 433 saturday he deserves the sack
 


I just want hjm to send them out to play at pace. Get the ball forward quicker and press high with workrate. The crowd will do the rest. Lampard cant send them out to play a slow backwards and sideways game. We need to win our home games and he has to play in a way so the crowd is involved all the time. 40,000 Evertonians roaring the players forward,cheering tackles winning the ball higher up the pitch. If you are going the match dont give those players any excuses. UTFT.
