He's tactically inept and inexperienced. Look at today and the huuuuge gaps in midfield allowing Ward Prowse to waltz freely. He plays Gana as an advanced holding midfielder, Onana box to box but both offer zero protection.

Plays DCL and refuse to get crosses into the box. Fullbacks positionally all over the shop.

Then there's the plan b to win or defend a game. His in game management is awful

Definitely has to go immediately. At what point do they attempt to hire an actual good manager. Outside of Carlo that is, the no-brainer. This board has always had some weird obsession with doing a search to come up with a manager who has a poor track record, has relegated clubs and failed everywhere they have went, and for some reason offer them the job. They dont even attempt to hire someone having great success at a smaller club. The pre-requisite here is "how many times have you failed in the past 3 years?", if its the miserable you get hired, and then they are all shocked when you fail again.

Forest could slide back down. Basically all the top teams have mercilessly battered them so they'll have a tough time if they don't keep beating the teams around them.

No, I do not agree. I think the player’s limitations are being exacerbated by an ultra crap manager that should have been binned months ago.

We didn’t buy a forward until 5 games into the season and 14 days into the January window they’ve not even bothered to make signings to help him

He’s not helped himself with decisions but Jesus how can anyone in that board look at what’s happening and think ‘nah we’re good on players, we don’t need any more’

Frank isn’t on the pitch to make crosses. That comes down to our unskilled players who can play football.

Frank needs to go, the players need a rude awakening
