I was baffled how he got the job mate.
Sorry to be proved right .
What are they basing this on.
Every stat, result the football the fact we don't have any improvement in any players.
He is just racking up loads of records for being Evertons run of worse this that and the other
I thought a young experienced manager with decent experience. Maybe bring in some players from Chelsea or something. Dunno mate. Just don't think there was anyone else and now I don't think anyone will save us tbh. I like Frank as a person but he's not the answer

He deserves the sack but let’s not act like it’s solely him holding the club back. The players are laughable. The recruitment has been laughable for years. We are a joke.
Not just him at all mate but the signings this year have to be on him. We’re done.

Sacking Lampard wouldn’t be because of fan pressure. It would be because the results suggest he deserves to be sacked. So hopefully the owner and board see that and get on with it. Feel like they are just going to stick by him as we fade in to the abyss.
Absolutely terrible run of results. Can't see anyone improving it. We deserved to be relegated last season. If we stay up this season we're gone next

I'd say last season we deserved 17th. I think the 3 teams that went down were legitimately worse. Although if Burnley sacked Dyche when we sacked Rafael that probably wouldn't have been true.

This year I can't say 3 teams are worse than us. I think Bournemouth definitely is. Saints and Forest are close. Maybe West Ham don't figure it out. But I think right now we're 19th if I'm ranking the sides.

I was prepared to give him a go mate, so your not on your own.
It just became quite obvious he was out of his depth
I like him as a person, seems a decent fella and has been left out to dry by this board, maybe that's why they picked him a more experienced manager ,might have made more noise about the lack of help in the tranfer window ect .
Fat Sam would have shouted it from the roof tops same with Rafael.
Anyway it's time to part company.
To late I fear , but let's at least have a chance.

We all agree that we want the revolving door policy of hiring and firing managers to end but at what cost?...relegation ?

Trying to break a poor policy by keeping the wrong manager in the job is an even worse policy.

If/when FL loses his job then the next manager needs to reflect our status in the game... relegation fodder .

We need a manager who can work with limited resources and in some cases limited players.

In many ways we are back to where we were when David Moyes was appointed, probably in a slightly better position now to be honest.

Pretty much where I'm at mate. I just think we're doomed. Can't see anyone turning this round but we have to roll the dice yet again

We're terrible. Losing home to wolves and saints we deserve it. As I said before I just can't see anyone turning this round

Considering we're painted as a toxic fanbase Lampard hasn't half done alright. Any other club would've ran him out of town a long time ago, but we've appreciated he's doing his best.

Having said that it's so clear he should be sacked. It's also clear the reason he hasn't been is because the board are utterly clueless as to what their next move will be. No way will they give a new manager the next 3 games. Expect a sacking after the derby imo.
