Chasing the game at 0-2 it's just plain silly not to get Gordon on along with a striker to try and rescue something.

Lampard must be the only manager in pro football who'd not do it.

No he didn't struggle. He had us second st Christmas, we won double figure away games and got a points tally that would ordinarily mean Europe. We also beat the RS at Anfield, Spurs at White Hart Lane and Arsenal at the Emirates.

His head wasn't in it from Feb when we would only back him with Josh King and then his daughter was threatened at knife point in a burglary. He was a success.

Frank is not a success in any sense of the word unfortunately. Don't think I've ever wanted a manager to succeed more, but his time is up now. Thanks for Palace Frank.

Let's be honest here, Franks record this season has been just as bad as his rightly reviled predecessor.

It wasn't all his fault, there was other factors at play here as well, but Frank really should have been booted out before the world cup.

He lost control of the situation ages ago. The show was over for Frank after that second thumping from Bournemouth.
