I did say last week that the chance to get achievable objectives like a new manager in was missed. It was sacrificed for the egos of those looking to tilt at windmills by getting shut of the board of directors.

Last week should have been all about agitating to get Lampard out and players in.

Yeah, I know people want managers to be given time and don't want to chop and change, but a year is actually quite a long time in any job to impart your knowledge, style and philosophy. It's not like he's keeping his best coaching up his sleeve for later use, they have probably heard all he has to say by now and it hasn't resulted in any improvement. Lovely guy, got to go.

No wonder it takes two months to sign a new player. It will only take me a second to sack FL. No more sentiment. We cannot go down.

As things stand Everton are going to be relegated.

You are in the bottom 3, bottom of the form table and have lost too many key games against other teams at the bottom.

So something has to change for you to stay up.

If you change your manager it has to be very very soon so that the replacement can be involved in the recruitment process in the next ten days.

Longer term though new stadiums are a great lift to any club, you just need to somehow scrape through this season and then come up with a longer term footballing strategy and only employ managers/coaches that match it so not ending up with a mish mash squad from 8 managers/head coaches with different styles.

And tell Moshiri he is not allowed to decide on anything anymore from now on. That will give you a 50% boost for a start.
