Evening, Dave, hope you're well.

My take on Moshiri's interview was that he saw the consequences of changing managers too often and blamed those decisions - to fire - on the fans. But, I don't want to split hairs on our various takes of that media session.

I agree with you, Lampard has to be gone now. Do you have any preference for his replacement?
Not really.

Nuno would be a decent option, but I think anyone gets better results than Lampard.

Bournemouth, Southampton and Wolves all changed managers and all got a boost from it. They may still be with us near the bottom but they at least handed themselves the chance to get out of the mess they're in - and if they hadn't, they'd all three be marooned at the foot of the table right now.

We cant ignore that option any longer. The time has come to go for the reboot. This manager is beaten in every game he takes charge of. The team look busy but clueless. It's time for a fresh approach. We cant delay it for another match.
We can't, but then we couldn't delay it a month ago either and did. Lampard was a busted flush since Bournemouth. We've left it too late and there is no plan.

It's transfers too. All of them have gone quick in the market.

We've sat off and signed 1 player who now is gonna play for a new manager in 2 weeks time.

That Danjo lad got an assist today for Bournemouth.

I mean, that's a little bit much don't you think?

I also didn't even speak to you. Someone else did, because everyone on here with a brain knows that Twitter account is an absolute weirdo.
You do realise a bit much? Just like you have a dig at me everyday.

I was referring to FL’s video. He blamed it on the money he can spend which is non-sense because he had money and had bought his players in. There is no excuses.

Spent what little (absolutely not a pittance though) money he had available absolutely horribly.

McNeil and Maupay both sackable offences in themselves to whoever signed off on it, Onana lots of potential but if, like Frank says, he was planning on a relegation scrap, definitely not the right signing when you need strikers and he's gonna cost you £30m.

No real complaints about others as Garner hasn't had a chance and Coady and Tarkowski at least aren't worse than Keane or Holgate and cost nothing.

Was given a truly awful base of players to work with though, that's for sure.

They all beat us..

Can't be having Nuno who's currently sunning it up in the Saudi league after being binned by Spurs.

He'd also want us to play a bit of football which we can't do

Still think we have enough to stay up with Pickford Mina Tarkowski Onana Iwobi DCL down the spine.

A decent manager should be able to tighten that defence up and get us a threat on the counter with Gray DCL and hopefully Danjuma.

Go back to 4 at the back, sort out the midfield three so it’s balanced, and try and get DCL some service. More than enough games left to turn this around.

Lampard is taking the piss here. The board have to punt him ASAP. He's well out of his depth.

I cant think of any Eveerton manager who;s been allowed to get away with such tat for so long.
