Weirdly this is my feeling too
The players just don’t look like they have any kind of game plan anymore and the subs have been awful
In fairness, I'd think he's just lost all faith in the likes of Maupay and Gordon, and so whats the point of making changes for changes sake.

That Simms didn't get a chance either shows their thinking of his capabilities also. Maybe they're right, maybe they're wrong, but sitting on the bench without being given any chance isn't going to help his development.

Nope. You were talking about people not seeing that we could win games and get out of it. Surely you're aware that we all know that winning games is theoretically possible, people just don’t have any faith in our ability to do it. Everybody understands the objective fact that we’re not mathematically relegated, but they don’t believe we’re good enough to get out of it, that’s why they’re being what you called ‘doom mongers’.
No, I agreed with someone who said 'with a change of manager we can get out of this' (go back and read what I quoted if you think I'm wrong)
t is an objective fact that we can.

Some people are unwilling to accept that. Some people weirdly believe it isn't possible and that we're already down. Those people are doom mongers and I find them hard to understand.

But at the end of the day I'm right - we can get out of it.

In all my time of watching football but particularly the PL, I don’t think I’ve ever witnesses a more shambolic way of ‘running’ a club. Most clubs who change manager regularly are either extremely successful (but really that’s only ever been Chelse) or get relegated fairly quickly. We circled the drain before but this has been an obvious decline over the last four seasons or so (prior we were top 10 give or take). I honestly believe soft arse is waiting in Moyes to be sacked and today scuppered their plans.

They aren't good and no goalscorer has killed us remember the early games we could have won a few of those with a decent forward, yes they're bad but are they really three wins in twenty?! I don't think so a better manager picks up a win or two more and a few more draws for me at least just by organising us and playing to our strengths.
I really don't think it's that easy anymore. Not when even the worst teams in the league have players that can turn a game.

Last season was abysmal, and then we added a variety of bottom-half players and a lad who's still mostly potential, while at the same time losing our one talismanic figure.

Outside of the little flashes from Onana and the days where Gray is on it, I don't see any quality in this squad whatsoever.

Sack this feller

Hire a new manager

Get 3 players in

It's as simple as that.

We have about the same chance of going down right now as the rubbsih around us...B'mouth and S'ton today underlined how bad they are when they seemed to have it in them to move clear of the drop zone. And Wolves will get battered tomorrow too, and they're another nothing team waiting to be relegated.

If we get a manager and three players in we go past those three no problem (certainly B'mouth and S'ton) and we set our sights on the likes of Leeds, Leicester, WHU and Forest.

This owner needs to get the ball rolling over the next 24 hours. He hasn't come into the country to watch that tripe today for the good of his health. He has a massive amount of cash to lose and I refuse to believe he's come to this country to allow Lampard's tenure to continue.

I think you’re taking it very literally mate. Absolutely everybody knows we can get out of it. Nobody at all believes that it isn’t possible to get out of this. Basically, you’re not the only one that count.

When people say ‘we’re down’ or ‘there’s no way back’ they’re just giving their opinion, they don’t really believe it’s impossible, it’s just a throwaway comment. I assumed you understood that and were just questioning why people didn’t have faith. I now see that you actually believed you were the only one to realise that being 3 points from safety with 18 games to play doesn’t mean we’re mathematically down, so I apologise.

Good lad, took you long enough.

Not one bit of proactivity in either the board or owner. They should have already had a meeting ages ago and had a full plan in place ready to execute. Nothing changes with these beauts. React miles too late and then hop a long making it up as they go. You can bet your life they will sack him and will not have even started thinking about who will replace him.

Frank needs to go but so do every single one of them.

Don't disagree there's not much quality but then there isn't much in many of the teams we are fighting with. But are you telling me better tactics and coaching doesn't improve it? I think we need three attacking players coming in too but a more experienced manager can make the sum of the parts better or at least harder to beat it's been seen over and over.Even if we make the change it's no given we escape the drop though I agree we are in a deep hole

Yes and this time that lack of a decision for weeks could cost us
