Sack this feller

Hire a new manager

Get 3 players in

It's as simple as that.

We have about the same chance of going down right now as the rubbsih around us...B'mouth and S'ton today underlined how bad they are when they seemed to have it in them to move clear of the drop zone. And Wolves will get battered tomorrow too, and they're another nothing team waiting to be relegated.

If we get a manager and three players in we go past those three no problem (certainly B'mouth and S'ton) and we set our sights on the likes of Leeds, Leicester, WHU and Forest.

This owner needs to get the ball rolling over the next 24 hours. He hasn't come into the country to watch that tripe today for the good of his health. He has a massive amount of cash to lose and I refuse to believe he's come to this country to allow Lampard's tenure to continue.
David, this is Everton. That is what a competent club does (well they would have pulled the trigger a while back)

The scenario will be, wait a couple of days, then sack. Have a a week or so to debate on who to appoint; Moshiri will have the agents in his ear as usual.

Then they’ll sign 2 people, for the wrong position, that the new manager does not want

The Everton way

Don't disagree there's not much quality but then there isn't much in many of the teams we are fighting with. But are you telling me better tactics and coaching doesn't improve it? I think we need three attacking players coming in too but a more experienced manager can make the sum of the parts better or at least harder to beat it's been seen over and over.Even if we make the change it's no given we escape the drop though I agree we are in a deep hole
Oh yeah, you've got to think that somebody else could do a better job. Hard to believe that they could do much worse.

Changing manager is the least we can do to give ourselves a fighting chance.

Exactly. Selling one and bringing in two players last season on a manager's say so just before sacking him was the very height of incompetence, and we have paid for it this season.

Correct. Who are these fans claiming they/we are 100% behind the manager? Just not true. These misguided fools get their quotes picked up by the media and all of sudden our fight is with the board and not Lampard. Our fight is with both but lets get Frank out first and then go for the board.

Why do all of our managers refuse to shave for their last game?

Can only hope the odd delay and need for a meeting was to get the gentleman’s agreement in place with the replacement. If their statement says “the process will now begin to find a replacement” then the embarrassment continues.
