2022/23 Frank Lampard

My instinct is that they will probably give him more time. If getting battered at home to Brighton and twice in 4 days by Bournemouth didnt make them take action, then why would this game away from home against a side in Europe after Christmas
If they don’t sack him now then there’s no point sacking him at all - it’s madness that a club as big as us are 19th after 20 games and the manager is A. Still here and B. Getting a pretty easy ride of it.

Frank has ingrained sub mediocrity through the whole club, everyone is better than us, everyone has a bigger budget, he is trying to stop the rot but we are about where he expected us to be.

True, he needs to go now, what are our board thinking? We have lost to all the team around us, he needs to go now, with new manager coming in and giving him time before window closes and our next game. Someone go and graffiti Lampard out!!!

Knows he’s going, the players are playing like they know he’s going. However he should gone after Bournemouth. We have left ourselves with far too much to do.

Not sure how we ever tell the difference.
As much as lampards time is up. Its a shame the majority of this lot cant go with him.

How long does it take to say nowhere near good enough Frank, Goodbye.

The never ending absolutely shocking leadership of this club never ceases to amaze me.

If a new manager comes in and we suddenly see a marked improvement in performance then we will know. Ninety percent of this team needs booting from the club however this can’t be done now. The only thing that can is sacking and getting a new manager.

That would be a massive mistake.

There's no reason we cant, with a new manager and players, get a point out of those two games...and they would be needed anyway by any manager looking to get a start in their job and assess what they have.

The longer we leave it, the less time a new manager has to work with these players.

I’d write those games off regardless, but another month of training with a half decent manager could be vital in the long run.

Yep but they're idiots ain't they.

Lampard couldn't change things over the world cup break even though he only had 4 players out of the squad.

The fact they didn't sack him last night says to me they'll give him these two games while they're figure out what to do if he loses but of course they won't actually have anything planned for when it gets to that point.
