I value success - unlike Lampard Benitez has won titles, domestic pots and a CL trophy.

I had no issue with those celebrating men like Carlo and Raffa being managers.

I can't abide seeing hero worship over failed or novice managers I just cant man.

Bang on, they don’t know how to handle this situation, it’s a volatile vacuum and they are held in fear of moving.

Not the decisiveness we need.

They also know that once the decision is taken to remove him, if they appoint a caretaker - it’s another lack of forward planning…..their ‘deflector shields’ will be down leaving them open to more intense scrutiny the re timing of sacking, lack of replacement and then scrutiny of quality of replacement which is why I think they will go for the safe option of Dyche
