Right decision but should have been made before the World Cup.

Hope Frank has some nice memories of us, I think everyone wanted him to get it right for us, but not upto the task.

He wasn’t tactically upto the task of getting us going.

One thing I could neve get my head around was when he spoke about "adjusting to living up north". It's like he thought we all live underground. I've lived up north and down south (near Chelsea's training ground funnily enough) and there's no real difference.

Those were not good preparatory jobs for the role he would take on for us.
To be honest, I am not sure there is ANYTHING that could prepare someone for the role of football manager at Everton Football Club right now.

The club is a joke. We should've either sacked Lampard before the world cup or kept faith in him now. This solution offers us the worst possible scenario. We now have to wait what will probably be a mouth or more for the clowns killing us to employ Lampard's replacement. The transfer window will be shut and he'll be stuck with the dogs dinner we have for a team with no time to recruit and no window to do so if he wanted. We're absolutely ruined. The club is a 'kin shambles!
