He was not given much to work with, but he is an absolutely useless coach, he made terrible signings, is tactically inept and clueless. When he was at Chelsea the players had a meeting with the board to complain they weren't being given any direction or instructions before games, they were just being told to 'express themselves'.

I really wanted this to work out but it didn't sadly. Still though thanks Frank for keeping us up last season.

Perhaps if the board didn't leave him down so bad, then things might have been different. Frank tried his best but it just wasn't good enough sadly.
