This absolute malaise comes as no surprise to anyone.
Just before the WC I said to my old Dad that any board or owners worth the name would've looked at things and got rid then and there and had a new manager tapped up and in place before the recommencement of the domestic fixtures.
A whole month to get a proper manager in, have a look at the squad, see who he fancied and didn't and be ready on January 1 to get rid of no marks and get new players in.
None of this last months disaster is a surprise, we've been disorganised for months.
So what do we do? Same as always, wait until things are beyond bad and sack a manager with no plan or strategy in place a few days before the window ends.
No time to get rid of rubbish, not that anyone wants them anyway and the usual Everton playing silly buggers in the press to keep the chattering classes happy, linking us to players like Ziyech who we can't afford and wouldn't come to us even if we could.
As usual we will let it be known that we've approached top class managers and end up with the least worst option that the fans will accept, hoping he can keep us up.

You could see well before the Bournemouth match that it didnt work out. A lucky win at Southampton and a few very lucky draws with no game plan and only back to the wall defending was all he could serve up.
Well we're one of the worst run teams on the planet so I wouldn't be surprised but if we had to have one of them are caretaker it should be Tait.

Hes the business guy that talks over everyone, arrogantly acts like he knows everything, and punctuates every sentence with "Ok".
He was complaining at 1 point that we didnt have Thelwell on the board, and how it was a disastrous move, after pereviously complaining that Brands was on the board.
We might not be very well run, but when the measuring stick is every social media know-it-alls hindsight in opposition to every decision made, they are damned if they do and damned if they dont.
