How many of those managers had a transfer embargo for the majority of their time as manager?
What does a transfer embargo mean when you have one of the best squads on the planet. In 19/20 Chelsea finished with 72 points and won the Europa League. Lampard achieved 66 points and would have missed out on the CL were it not for Leicester's capitulation.

Our PPG improved last season and we survived "against all odds" because Richarlison turned into prime Ronaldo for few games near the end of last season. Nothing shows that it was because of Lampard, but rather we survived in spite of Lampard. If it wasn't for Richarlison, we would be playing the likes of Luton and Coventry this season, but I think this will be inevitable next season if we don't act soon enough.

You know Richarlison cost us the game v Burnley away as well as at home to Leicester with his poor finishing.

I don’t think it’s naive to suggest another more experienced manager could get more out of this crop of players.

I keep hearing individual players have improved yet results haven’t.
I dont think they could currently.

If lampard gets a couple more good signings this week then it will be much fairer to judge him. Unless that happens, I dont think he has much chance.

They lost Eden Hazard the summer Lampard took over.

They didnt. Your stats dont add up to 38 games.

Lampard record was better. He inherited a broken squad. Benitez inherited a squad that got 59 points. In much more trying circumstances, Lampard showed himself to be the better manager.
Incorrect.

Lampard has managed Everton for 22 Premier League games and collected 22 points.

Benitez managed Everton for 19 Premier League games and collected 19 points.

They're demonstrable facts.

So have we improved much over the past six years with all our management changes.

No cos we keep employing flavor of the month or just plain incompetent managers. Only one we had is now coach of the year. Got nothing to do with timing, it's a nonsense excuse peddled by sycophants.
