I feel that offensively we're improving too, which is a testament to Lampard when you're considering we've started with Gordon, Gray and McNeil.

There weren’t a single player on the pitch last night who needed hooking, certainly not for what we had available on the bench.
We were still defending well and still creating chances deep into the second half because of our pacy attack, as an example: we bring big Sally on for one of the other lads and that all falls apart.
Makes me laugh watching Frank on the touchline - he is absolutely buzzing with adrenaline in games like that. And his post match pressers are a visual release of that adrenaline - words flying everywhere

I can differentiate between what I see on the pitch and what is going on overall.
I have backed Lampard from the beginning and was suggesting him before he was appointed.
He has been left hung out to dry and the club are a disgrace going this far into august with very limited striking options.

That bench was appalling last night. Get 3 more in, allowing Davies, Gray and mcneil to become bench options along with maupay in there and it looks much better with actual sub options for Frank to use. Instead of the likes of gomes and rondon etc
He has been let down massively with no striker and the delay getting gana. But 4 games unbeaten, 3 of them away from home.
