Some terrible individual performances tonight, but I think the main culprit was Lampard.

I cant believe those players all got the same independent idea at the same time that they could play football out from the back. That had to be instructions.

FFS - this manager needs to learn once and for all that these players haven't got the ability to do that. Play basic football getting it forward out of the danger zone.

United couldn't believe their luck that our team were sent out to play through them.

We cant pass the ball round at the back. I thought FL had learned that lesson last season.

We need to be honest with ourselves about this team. It's better at the back from balls launched into our box than last season, but it's still a very poor team technically speaking.

I dont want to see us trying to get on the ball against teams with quality like that lot....and bear in mind United are on the outer edge of the elite.

Passing the ball around from the back didn't cost us anything tonight.

We lost this game due to 2 individual errors, giving the ball away in key areas and were made to pay by an attacking unit which is far superior to ours.

He’s shored the back 4 up and the midfield is decent. Our attacking options are poor though, but we have enough to finish mid table.
