Got it spot on today in every aspect. In fairness to him out of the 5 losses this season Villa was the only very disappointing one and we didn’t have half the squad yet, the rest were all from teams far better than us at the minute and we didn’t play badly in all of them.
The draw with Forest at home wasn’t great but look even today proves the best team to ever grace the universe according to some, lost to them so an early season draw isn’t the worst. As for the others I’ll never really turn down a draw away from home against anyone.
Frank must motivate the players to continue this good run up to the WC now, should be looking for at least 6 points from the next 3 to continue the rebuild which considering who we’re up against should be achievable. COYB!

Playing Iwobi in the 10 role worked a treat really. Looked to have so much more attacking threat and DCL wasn't isolated.

He is just a better manager for this team at our level than all our post-Moyes managers.
Carlo is obviously a better manager overall, but he didn't address the problems in the squad like Lampard has - when things go wrong, they are identified and proper attempts made to deal with them. The change in mentality is clear and much for the better.
