@TheBigIguana, your dislike for Lampard seems to directly coincide with Pulisic falling out of favour, a few weeks after the posts below you're slating him again and ranting about his preference for Mount (a clearly superior talent) over Pulisic. Mount is in the Declan Rice division of wildly overhyped I believe were your words.

It's ok to have a bee in your bonnet about the treatment of a fellow countryman, but it seems to stop you from having an objective opinion of the job he's doing.

It also just got a lot worse.

That's actually exactly what happened here. I'm sure you'll find a positive post or two when we beat Leeds. Or maybe it just didn't continue to get better. I guess we aren't worse now, just plateaued.

Yes mate, cos Duncan never coached the first team for 20 years or nothing.

Im out, its impossible when your default setting is GLOOM.

I don’t think the default setting is “gloom”. It comes across as “I know best”.

The guy thinks he’s a master analyst, just bangs in until people lose the will to live and no doubt see that as a win!

Put Trippier and Guimaraes into our side and we’d look much better going forward. A couple of players can make a massive difference to how a team looks.

Put Guimaraes in our side and people are still complaining that the forwards aren't good enough.

Not that they're wrong. I just think there is more to it.

100% correct! If only there was an appropriate “boring/or sending us to sleep” reaction, I’ve reached the point I can’t now even be bothered “laughing” at some of the stuff he posts!

Gray was at Leicester for 5 years, played 133 games and scored a grand total of 10 goals.

He’s scored 6 for us in one third of that amount of games.

Dwight McNeil made 134 appearances for Burnley and scored 7(seven) goals. He already has 2 for us in 13 appearances.

These players aren’t going to turn into 10-15 goal a season players no matter how much we want them to. I honestly think the manager is doing well given the tools he has, and I don’t see how anybody can argue otherwise. Unless, of course they have some kind of agenda.

Now it all makes sense.

I can only assume Tarks tackled him once.

It's not an agenda, I genuinely don't believe the way the team is playing right now can last long term. Lampard just happens to be the person in charge.

Long term means next May. It is obvious he has improved 2/3rds of the team, and most on here will be as confident as you can be that we wont be in the pickle he inherited. Oh, and solved.

As a club, we are in recovery. So far, he has started the slow and patient recovery process. And just as importantly, he has revitalised the match goers experience, which the team are responding to. But you dont think Goodison bouncing has any effect anyrate, based on your 0 times being there.

Its grim, at times, being an Evertonian, but when we see a manager buying into the club, we respond. WOOOO!

You know when you get a really bad injury, and then you start to heal, you can hobble a bit, get up for the toilet, it hurts but at least you're moving, you aren't running any marathons any time soon but it's progress?

Well yeh, we are currently in the hobbled recovering from a really bad injury phase as a club. I know that, Lampard knows that, the players know that, the fans know that.

Stop expecting us to fly after being curb stomped into oblivion last season. The impatience from some fans is mind-blowing to say the least.
