In many ways it has. But the dynamic, or lack of it, between a manager and the players isnt much different I would suggest.
I think the level of detail is much greater now. This is where Frank is learning and where we should probably being employing a manager who has already learned.

I don't mean we can't take on a guy early in his career as the main man, but I'd like to think someone with at least a solid background somewhere in coaching could be found.

People who go to matches can see the absolute change in what that experience is like now compared to what it was 12 months ago. It was toxic. Now goin is an enjoyable experience and the atmosphere is excellent . Frank has done that.
Bells who never set foot in the ground and who watch on a lap top with no emotional ties to the club will never understand that. To them it's football manager.

So no young managers are good hit rates, but the team with the most outstanding record of finding said managers with a good hit rate is inappropriate?
Klopp and Tuchel had both managed for 7 years before taking the job. My point was we shouldn't have a manager who is "learning on the job" to the point that it is worth discussing and neither of those guys were. Same is true for Rose, Favre and the current guy. So no it wasn't appropriate because the point wasn't "young" it was "not experienced enough to step in and do the job fully from day one."

I'd actually prefer we found up and coming people but that doesn't mean they've done very little previously.
