Those first 2 games felt refreshing and as if the players felt relieved after what had come before and finally being allowed to venture into the opposition half by the manager. But the limitations were quickly apparent.

Instead of being pragmatic and ensuring we stayed up, maybe Lampard should have just told them to go for it more. I'm certain we would have won all our away games like that.

Big difference is we were in free fall straight to the Championship. Lampard stopped the spiralling out of control and kept us in the PL. Big difference.

Haha carry on dreaming, he will be gone before the end of the season and rightly so. He isn't improving us. Our better defence is down to 2 players Thelwell signed and not anything FL has coaches.
We are appalling going forward, away from home we play for a point at best. Only positive has been Iwobi and that was luck
