Thought that was by far the worst performance of the season. Slow start, lack of aggression, lack of direct passes forward, lack of fight, lack of tactical awareness, lack of pretty much anything that helps win football matches in this league.

Absolutely not an Everton performance that. I hated every minute of it. I hope Frank hated it too.

I acknowledged that mate but the manager did speak of a void in attacking areas and since those public comments nobody else come in.

He wanted Broja and Kudus.

I've no idea if Lampard is a good manager. None at all. But for me, the problem is bigger than the manager. The problem is we don't have the ability. Our attack is, in my opinion, bottom 3.

Is that not also a really bad sign that you don't if our manager is any good?

We're giving up 16 shots a game. That isn't going to keep working out. It didn't today. We didn't concede many if any big chances but it's a shooting gallery and sometimes they'll go in.

So no it isn't solid everywhere.

Have you ever heard the term “defend from the front” it’s common in football. It means that if you have a solid enough attacking threat you’ll limit the opposition. They’ll actually be occupied by a threat and not commit men forward

But they can with us, because we have no threat. They literally push more men forward into space

Lampards record is very close to Benitez. He has the second worst managerial record in everton history. Surely he’s got to go by Christmas if nothing changes. Numbers speak for themselves.

Ancelotti made this team much better with a worse selection. Managers have a big big impact on the team

Rafael killed us tbh. We're still suffering from that with now much some of us adore Lampard. I was happy for him the last game as I just want to see Everton do well. Today was a joke tho. 7 new players and another performance like last season.
