2022/23 Frank Lampard

He picked the wrong side - wrong tactics - the team looked clueless like they had never played together before - hes on thin ice ......
He's getting found out with his one dimensional tactics, starting to go a bit Martinez style just without the really good 1st season

I've honestly not a clue what he can do. A lot of yous wanted 4-3-3, we're playing 4-3-3 and I've never seen a side so awful in attack. It's like we're waiting on moments of individual brilliance, again. Same issue from last year. It's absolutely not sustainable. Garner seems to have a good eye, Iwobi is good too but everyone else is just a mess.

Leicester have no right to walk into Goodison Park and win like that either. Paid far too much respect to them and we should be gutted about that sort of performance

I want Frank to be a lot angrier than that. We should be seething that an average side just embarrassed us on our own patch. Home losses are never acceptable and our mentality stinks

He loses to Bournemouth in the league and he could be gone.

Shame, everyone likes Frank. Not replacing Richarlison has been the problem. You can blame Ajax for not replacing the winger but have a contingency. Don’t rely on another club to determine our season.

Curtains after 15 games?

What
How long would you give him then...if we change manager, probably better doing now that in january/February...at that point it would be pointless really. At least now he would have time to work with the team as well as identifying targets for January. I would prefer to continue with lampard but at the end of the day if we end up with 14 points in 15 games that's just not good enough. Losing to Bournemouth is just not even an option...cant afford to drop points against possibly the worst team in the league, and certainly not after a horrible run of results.

Frank is probably a just a middling manager who inherited a terrible squad. We have improved to some degree but he is forced to select rubbish players like Gordon. Gray, plus others who continually disappoint like Gana and Onana. Our star forward was rubbish before he got injured again. I have little confidence that Frank can turn this shambles around. We all hope he can. or that 3 others end up worse than us.

I'd give him another 2 years at least

I think that there are probably hundreds of bigger problems at the club that the managerial position

A good eye in what sense ? Is his missus a stunner ? Or do you mean he’s a fashion mogul like Tom and don … cos I can’t see what else it could be
