You willing to gamble the whole future of the club on it?
It would obviously effect the future either way - keeping him or not keeping him

But is the right approach to keep sacking managers at the first bad run - in part due to the fans starting to get upset

Maybe a more patient approach would bring longer term success

Hos passive slow based possession tactics are an utter joke. Why has he turned to those garbage tactics are we looked like we could improve. Idiotic management in the last month and he is out of his depth

We passed it around aimlessly. They sat off and park bus. Waited for us to shoot ourselves in the foot. And rinsed our centre backs (who were utterly appalling btw) on the transition.

UNACCEPTABLE

Next 4 games decide his future. All should be winnable games for us. He can have no complaints if he’s sacked if he gets less than 6 points from them.
We ended up getting 4 points.

We failed to score in 3 of them and got knocked out the League Cup in the process.

Got to question what standards we have at this club if shipping 7 goals against Bournemouth is acceptable.

Its astonishing how little pressure seems to be on him.

3 wins in his last 16 league games

17th in the table

Needed the last home game of last season to get us to safety after taking over 6 points above the bottom 3.

Whilst he's not had the financial muscle that a Koeman or Silva enjoyed he's 100% had the most support from the board/fanbase because of who he took over from.

Fans were on Benitez's back when we were 9th in the table and were giving Ancelotti and Alladyce stick in 8th/10th spots.

He's had the easiest job in the league in many respects - have us comfortable in midtable not even competing for top half never mind europe and he's ballsed it up.

He can consider himself very fortunate if he is still here after the world cup. Moshiri has normally itched his trigger finger by now with results like these.

If the club are serious about making it work with Lampard, or indeed any Everton manager, we need two attackers lined up for January 1st, absolutely no excuses. We simply won't score enough goals with our current options to not have relegation concerns.

I say keep him, and let him bring new players in in January but performances and results have been shambolic so far. I can understand why people want Frank out though, and i wouldn't be surprised if Moshiri gets rid of him as well.

I honestly think if we get the players in, that we can get moving up that league table, but it's not just that we lost today. It's the manner of our defeat, that hurts the most. I just hope that if we do get rid of Frank, that we find the right replacement.
