I would say to get rid and now is the perfect time for a change. Problem is I don’t trust a single one of the idiots at our club not to just pick Martinez or a similar nobody. No imagination at all so may as well just tough it out.

No mate. Personally saw that he's bought right, reduced the age of the squad, and looked to build some solid foundations. Completely lacking up top.

Last 3 games have threw that in the bin though.

Don't want him to go. But can't defend if he does.

We've been clueless for years. That's not changing.
Same thinking as me. Thinking his tactics are lacking. Think he has bought well (defence and midfield) but don't think he is utilising the midfield correctly so we are still easy to get through.

That has gutted me. I can now see that we play with no actual pattern and are just a bunch of individuals. Look at Bournemouth the last 2 games ...they play together, know what to do, keep shape from back to front, support each other in groups. Everything that we do not do. I am getting a gut feeling that it is not the players but Frank. Tactics are baffling and we still have no style of play.
Once again it looks like a strange 4-1-1-1-3 type of formation. Our midfield I believe are not bad individual players but are being asked to play far apart and not even in a line. I am starting to lose faith

Agreed. it was strange he switch to this formation because we we doing so well when Iwobi was a No. 8 alongside Onana and Gueye. The tactics he used against Crystal Palace and during our unbeaten run was out the window.

It started against Leceister where I felt Gueye was very isolated in our own half with no options to pass to. And the midfield were playing really far apart.
Tbh, there are some good link up plays but with zero substance.

Bournemouth sits deep - which is our weakness since we can't attack. So they just wait for a turnover and hit us on the counter. This resembles our relegation form last season. Regardless of FL or a new manager, we need better players upfront.

Think the problem is that last season our starting 11 looked awful. I had no confidence we could stop teams scoring or do anything productive with the ball. I look at the team that started today and man for man they should be better than Bournemouth. The fact that we were soundly beaten is down to tactics and organisation- that’s on Frank unfortunately.

I disagree

Not that I want Lampard out I completely agree with the point you're making but in the end the results speak for themselves and this is effin tripe.
I don't think we can accept that. Not at all.
You are spot on, results are what will be the deciding factor, it is pretty dire currently but at some point we need to see a plan through, let the philosophy start to embed itself.

No way should we be accepting of what we are seeing but we simply have to accept this is no quick fix, the club overall is a shambles, personally I just want a sense of stability and to start to see progress, I think it will come, I hope it will come as the alternative is a nightmare.

I have supported Lampard but this game as with the previous one, no excuses all down to Lampard's poor team selection and tactics. Both defeats rest for the most part on his shoulders.
