They're a terrible squad until a proper manager comes in and starts improving them. Carlo did this. Lampard has shown no ability to vastly improve players output in terms of goals and assists.

Carlo had a number of positive, progressive players that Frank doesn’t....James, Sigurdsson and he hardly had DCL.

IMO we need to stick with him & his staff for as long as it takes.

I'm firmly of the opinion that a big part of the reason why we're poo is because we haven't had a manager last more than 18 months since Martinez.
