Had no expectation that we’d win these opening games, not with the forward options available. Hard to see how we’d create or score. So it’s proved.

Frank knows we need forwards in, we’ll sign at least one, probably need two. Annoying to write off the opening games of the season but we’ll only be able to judge him/the team once the window closes.

Far from ideal but that’s it unfortunately.

Losing 1-0 to Chelsea is a whatever, they’re chasing a title and we only just escaped relegation.

Losing away to Villa, chasing Europe, when a draw would have been fair is tough nuggets.
