Thought Madden looked the part, i have high hopes for Clancy and McGinnis also, quality there to be tapped.

There was a lot to like I thought. Few negatives as well. Fitness looks a bit off, Dublin were goosed after about 20 mins I thought, let Mayo back into it. Luke Breathenach looked decent off the bench.
It'll be interesting to see who lines out for the later stages of the league.
A player i picked out from the U20s, who looked every inch having the potential to be a senior county footballer, high quality, he got the nod early league last year then seemed to drop down the ranks - not surprising given his age and development.
Have high hopes for him.
Suprised at Mannion stepping away
Madden looked a quality player all right. I can see him lining out in midfield. He made some strong runs last night.
Hes really mobile mate, he broke the speed record in the AFL combine, he looked game, hungry and strong in the tackle last night and tried to get forward quickly.
I was thinking more half back but i can see a lot of experimentation this year in the middle.
