52 all out, above average and happy with that with what seemed like a tough gig this week. Surprisingly a big green arrow from 1.3 mill to 803k, need to keep making steady progress.

Gw's after an international break tend to be low scoring and unpredictable, those weeks i always think its better to stick, not take a hit or get to downhearted with a low score. Usually players come roaring back and a good pick is still a good pick.

Ive talked myself into a Watkins ➡️ Alvaraz transfer, already done to catch some price rises, i like playing Pep roulette not a lot, but hes value, increasing in price and fixtures are good there is a lot of upside to jump on the train in terms of risk/reward so will roll the dice. I can see myself reversing the transfer in a couple of weeks mind, i think Watkins is going to catch fire shortly.

Other needs are the defence might need to look at Chilwell and two 4.0 defenders. No body really catching my eye or caught fire as yet, so i might just leave it and look at it next week, when you dont know what to do sometimes its better to do nothing!

Alvaraz has done well for me. But with the champions league starting now, Pep will likely start rotating players, so not sure if I’ll keep him in much longer.

Its a calcualted risk mate, im hoping he plays others in the CL as its the group stages and one or two could do with a game. My plan is to hold him and hope for the best for the next two and then maybe bring Watkins back in depending. Watkins has dropped .1 and Alvarez is on for second rise tonight, that means a .3 swing for me and the possibility of a high point ceiling, dont know if you saw Peps quotes at the weekend he siad he was "undropable" and played him despite only haveing 12 hours of the plane from Ecuador - bodes well. Thats my thinking anyway on taking on the risk.

It will end baldly of course. lol
 

Last week week I needed Martinelli to save my gw. I thought he’d do well against Paterson. He scores, VAR rules it out, 2 mins later he comes off injured on 1 point. 🤣
I’m getting killed this season.
