Europa League football will be pull for Arsenal. That and living in London. Plus the probable better potential for winning trophies (albeit the FA Cup generally)

just can’t see Arsenal being interested. They have Luiz Mari and Saliba all of whom they’ve bought on permanent deals in recent windows. They’ve also got Holding Mustafi Mavropanos Chambers in reserve. Unless they sell a lot of these in this window, Gabriel isn’t going to be getting much game time.
