I think the midfield situation is the most urgent.
A poor midfield puts pressure on the back four , a weak back four leaves the keeper exposed.

I think the introduction of a single player could change our team immediately. We have a lot of quality but lack leadership and determination.
I can only imagine how performances would improve if somehow you could introduce a young Roy Keane into our midfield.

I think you just add the very best for any position of need if the deal is suitable.

Player wants to come and is an improvement, then get them signed.

Lille have had a lot more success than us recently however we dwarf them financially they can't afford to turn down 30 mil. The leg work for this has being done believe that Carlo and our Portuguese speaking contingent perhaps swayed it. Don't underestimate the pull of the premier league either
