Probably the only way to get his signature. The MLS would more than likely offer him the security of a 3 year deal, so I suppose we either have to match it or move on.

A bit of a dilemma perhaps, here? He'd be decent for 2 seasons, and would probably stay, but if he's offered 3 seasons in the USA, would that move the goalposts?

I'd like to keep him, myself.

Me too. Also, the cost of a replacement if he went somewhere else would be a nuisance.
