Anyway, look at the quality on the bench that day, I find it hard to believe he only played due to injuries.

Everton: Howard, Neville, Yobo, Lescott, Nuno Valente (Baxter 78), Arteta, Rodwell, Jagielka, Baines, Osman, Yakubu.
Subs Not Used: Turner, Jutkiewicz, Gosling, Agard, Kissock, Wallace.

That David Moyes gave them a debut but that David Moyes won't play Ross Barkley who is older in 2012.

And George Green won't get more than the odd sub appearance for a few mins here and there unless we have a similar injury crisis to the Blackburn game.

Is this the same Barkley who made his debut as a 17 year old? First appeared on the bench as a 16 year old? Would have probably made his debut earlier had it not been for that lengthy injury lay-off?

Not much mention of Rodwell here either is there?

Baxters probably round the back of an offy somewhere sorting out a deal.
