Gerard Deulofeu - Once a Blue, always a Blue

Nonsense, it's up to the attackers to stage their movement. The attackers should look for the half a yard shift and begin the run.

They were on their heels, the lot of them.

Well yeah, like i said, it doesn't justify the lack of movement.

Would still have a hell of a lot easier for someone to attack a first time cross in that situation than after waiting for him to do a little shuffle not knowing exactly when its going to be delivered.

Which then leads to the issue of whether he didn't put it in first time cause he didn't think it was the right thing to do, or he just wanted to do a little trick first and show off.

If he did then its part of his decision making process that needs to be worked on, which i'm sure we are.

Exactly right. I won't even bother responding to the previous comment. Any striker worth half his salt would have been there to bury that. Too clever, quick and forward thinking for our stikers who are stinking the place out.

The only piece of bad decision making on the lads behalf was the one to come to Everton. He didn't cross the ball immediately because he had 3 or 4 defenders blocking the pass, and he also knows he can tear the arse off full backs.
