Him and Ross were terrible when they came on today, showed us nothing :/

Deulofeu touched the ball 4 times. Same as Mcgeady. Ross was really bad, he's still injured or something? He's clearly not right.

Deu didn't get any passes, you could see how frustrated he was with the other players failing even simple passes to him. Barry and naismith especially, but also as you say barkley had some terrible passes.
Makes no sense to blame Deu for not being able to create anything today, he had almost zero opportunities.
And it beats me why Mirallas wasn't taken off sooner his 2nd half was awful.

Sorry i'm not trying to blame Del, just annoying that our attacking 3/4 did nothing once the subs happened. Really disappointed for Ross, just can't help but feel that he could've sured the boat for us and instead he almost did the opposite.

Maybe Del will start next game, because we certainly need to create some goals.

He was playing the Mirallas free role. McGeady was tracking back. thats why you seen a lot of him. I'd start him vs WHU tbh. We need someone who will actually shoot.

Yeah. He usually does that. As I said on other comments on this post, Pienaar is a winger that has 1 assist in 18 starts. That's absolutely disguting. I know, his holdup play is superb but he's a winger. The winger has to produce goals or good through balls.

I think hes a quality player and baines isn't the same player without him on the pitch but thats shocking.

to be fair to pienaar, the assists stat only shows who made the pass before the goal, reckon he's contributed a fair few times with actual assists, which have set up the goal.

Well, Baines has 0 assists this year. Last year they were superb together, but this season they're not producing enough.

I like Pienaar, he maybe has some hockey assists (pass before the pass to the goal), but that number....
