Every single source of information on Twitter is not ITK; it's a combination of educated guesswork and cold reading.

I'll keep saying it till I'm blue in the face until people understand the difference between Mystic Meg and actual fact.

He didn't break it no, but he did say he'd be our next signing.

I'm not saying he's "in the know", just that he's a good source of info.

Actually, he didn't. He said it "looks like" he will be.

That's cold reading at it's finest. Leap on the strong possibility of something and state it as fact, like you know it for certain, but keep the language ambiguous enough for a escape if needed.

I don't mind Twitter at all, but I'll call BS on stuff when I see it. It just so happens that Twitter has a lot of BS.

Yeah, of all the **** on twitter, Fourth Official is nowhere near the worst, some of his stuff is wrong but hes more useful than harmful. Tubeys seems to treat them all with the same disdain i have for fortune tellers.
