Gerard Deulofeu - Once a Blue, always a Blue

@FCBarça clearly really likes Del, & confessed he's a FCB fan not EFC- so I don't understand why we constantly bully him over being Anerican ect. If we managed to get Del back for loan later on I'd be happy with that- he can be a game changer when on form.

Confused here.

Aiming higher than his current ability? Maybe.

Aiming higher than his potential? Whaaa? How would you suggest we do that?

i meant everyone's barking on about his potential and hence why people think he's so good for us now. but his current ability isn't all that, just think people are being a bit clouded by his potential and using that as a yardstick.

Ah yeah, fair enough.

He's a good little player and certainly has those days. But I see where you're coming from. If he was ours we'd be all googly eyed, but if we can only have him for a year I may also prefer a more polished product.

seems like we're getting atsu which may be the same sort of dilema, but i'd expect chelsea will be more open to a perm at the end compared to barca and dela, which we knew from the start, granted.

not that i have a problem with us loaning players year after year, not if they're all boss.

I actually think Barca could use his selfishness. What made him enjoyable for me here was that there is no tiki taka in his game. In the champions league knockout rounds probably not, but in the league he could boss every side outside of Spain's top 4.

I wouldn't mind having him back here at all.
