That would suit us as Kovacic can't go the other way until January so that means Pedro would most likely stay till then too.

Btw - On the Barca forum they think this one is likely.

As for the comments made by Martinez, I think he's just taking the pressure out of the situation knowing that Barca wouldn't appreciate it otherwise.

Rafael Silva, Deulofeu and Lennon in.
Mirallas, McGeady and Atsu out.

I would be a very very happy man.

True but the U21 coach probably has influence over Deulofeu especially considering he also gave him the responsibility of being a captain and Deulofeu plays well under him.

I think the decision will come down to what Deulofeu wants, if he wants to go Barca aren't going to fight it.

It's a fallacy to think the U21 coach has any bearing on any of it

Deulofeu has very little influence on what happens in the near future - the election will result in a great many changes for the club as well as player

And I am going to make you the founding member and leader of this society and I shall be your deputy.

Yeah Martinez chats whatever rubbish is necessary in public to appease whoever he's dealing with. Recently re-read an old article from last summer which has Martinez 'totally ruling out' a move for eto'o. It's why he got so cheesed off with Sampdoria over how they handled it.

By the sounds of it, Eto'o and Sampdoria are well matched in terms of manner - ie. poor.

As for the little Spanish wonderkid, I'd have him back like a shot but I can't see it.
