I don't think McGeady will ever play in Scotland again. He is hated by a lot of Scots for turning his back on his country(as they see it, he sees it differently). The grief he would get at every game would make it not worthwhile.
I think he will give it one more season at Everton and hope that if he stays injury free the season might be better for him...I have my doubts.

Agreed. Don't know a lot about Van Dijk either, but the people of GOT rate him, and normally we regret missing out when that's the case e.g. Tadic.

Something like McGeady + £6-8m could turn be a steal if he turns out to be the player some think he will.

We'll ship him off in anybody comes in with a half-decent bid (I'm talking 1/2mil here). Has the ability, just never seems to be able to reproduce it consistently. 29 now and will free up some wages. Could see someone like Sunderland, Leicester etc. coming in for him. If not, it never hurts to have numbers but I do feel his Everton days are numbered.

if i'm honest i don't think we're after van dijk, i think martinez really likes the look of galloway and wants someone a bit older.

I am pretty positive we'll sign Klavan, or someone very similar, as the stop gap with experience and decent on the ball.

Tadic was 1 of very few hits by the "people of GOT", theres probably about 25 players each window that get people excited.
 
Two options i can see because i think Martinez is signing Deulofeu as first choice RW before selling Mirallas.

1-- Sells Mirallas and McGeady + signs one top LW and brings in a loan.

2-- Sells Mirallas and brings in a LW+ McGeady with £5mil for Van Dijk
